I offer 1-hour body therapy sessions based on Totum Therapy, designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your body. In total you are booking 1 hour and 30 minutes, as we then have time to have a short intro talk and you have time to take your time in checking out after the treatment.
You can also book me as a movement guide, where we explore a mix of yoga, Pilates, resistance training, breathwork, animal movement, and weight training—tailored to your needs and goals.
