Julie Vogelsberger
Movement has always been part of my life; movement in my body and movement with my body. I was constantly in touch with different forms of physical activity. After moving to Denmark in 2009, I started my yoga teacher training with Louise Fjenbo Jørgensen at Yogaliving in 2013. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen and develop my education in various places and with diverse teachers — people who have dedicated their lives to improving movement and integrating it into daily life and its challenges. Alignment and movement (Katy Bowman), biomechanics (Jules Mitchell), Buddhism and activism (Michael Stone), the Roll Model Method (Jill Miller), yoga and strength training (Laurel Beversdorf) — these are just a few of the disciplines and incredible individuals who inspire me and keep me grounded in the ever-unfolding journey of movement and life.
